CONTRIBUTIONS TOWARDS DEVELOPMENT OF INDIA

As a nationally responsible business concern with dedication to the country's spirit, V-Guard has been playing our part towards the financial development of India in our own humble ways. The most important activity in this line has been the introduction of the Build India & Relief programme. This is an integrated approach that aims to work with communities to facilitate access to basic services - a decisive step that would ensure their well-being and support them in the fulfilment of their economic, social, civil and political rights.

Support to Orphanages

V-Guard has been in the forefront of supporting various orphanages across Kerala and Tamil Nadu. We strongly believe that kids with no parents to look after should not be deprived of all their birth rights. We consider it our duty to support them and as a part of this, we have been providing accommodation facilities, game rooms, libraries, well-resourced play areas and all necessary equipments for extracurricular activities to various orphanages in the two States.

Sapling Planting Initiatives

With a strong concern for the changing ecology that we live in, V-Guard has strongly supported movements to turn to eco-friendly habits and foster a green lifestyle. As part of this initiative, saplings were planted in various cities across Kerala, Coimbatore in Tamil Nadu, Bhubaneswar in Odisha and Kanpur in Uttar Pradesh with a goal to provide a green cover to our beautiful environment.

Swachh Bharath Initiative

V-Guard has been contributing a commendable part towards the success of the Government of India's Swachh Bharath initiative by donating a cesspool emptying truck to Rangpo Nagar Panchayat, which had been suffering from severe problems of contamination of drinking water resources.

Apart from this, V-Guard also partnered with Radio Mango and reached out to college students who are the future of our Nation, by running a contest with attractive prize money as incentive.
